Shipping policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive a notice from us once your order has been shipped, which is usually between 1 - 3 business days.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS with a tracking number. Depending on the amount of your purchase, some packages will require a signature.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class. We always send proof of shipment to you.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

You are responsible for abiding by the customs laws on imports for your country and are responsible for paying any custom fee's, tariff or VAT fee's that may incur. Each country has different limits. We cannot be held responsible for these fees. We mark the valued amount on the proper paperwork. It is illegal for us to mark it as a gift and or to pay your custom fee's. If you are notified by your postal authority of an amount and handling fee that is due before you can claim your package, please understand that if you choose not to pay the additional fees due, the package will eventually be returned to us. This process can take 2 - 3 months for the package to be sent back, and no refunds will be issued until the package has been received by us. If this is the case, shipping costs will not be refunded. Thanks for your understanding.
