Q: How do I get help with questions I have about the products you offer online?

Q: Why can't I buy more than one of the same item?

A: My Peace & Love jewelry is designed to be special and one-of-a-kind. When you make a purchase from us, the exact piece of jewelry that you see on the site, is the exact piece of jewelry that you are buying. Our intention is to keep every piece unique. You can read more about this on our Philosophy page.

 

Q: When will my items be shipped?

A: You can expect your jewelry to be shipped within 3 - 5 business days after you order.

 

Q:  Is my transaction secure?

A: All information sent to mypeaceandlove.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Paypal.com

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We are sorry but due to the unique nature of our product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot accept any returns for refund, exchange or credit. We are not a mass manufacturer so each piece of jewelry we make is designed to have it's own unique character, just as a piece of art. Please visit our Shipping and Return Policy page.

 

Q: What about tax?

A: California residents are subject to 8.75% sales tax.

 

Q: What is your repair policy?

A: We stand behind the quality of all My Peace & Love jewelry. If your jewelry is in need of repair based on normal usage, simply send the item back to us to be fixed. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to the beginning of repair.

 

Q: What if I want to get the length of something altered? 

A: Lengthened- $10 per inch plus USPS/shipping. Additional charges may apply if any extra stones need to be added. Prices of stones vary.

Shortened- No charge for wired or chain linked items, only USPS/shipping and handling.

If it is something that will have to be re-strung, there is a $10 charge per strand plus USPS/shipping for necklaces and a $5 charge per strand plus USPS/shipping for bracelets. Additional charges may apply if any stones need to be added. Prices of stones vary. 

    

Q: What is your privacy policy?

A: We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us to a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment of our operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. via USPS mail and/or electronically via email. If you would prefer not to receive these promotional items, you may opt out via an online form. 

 

Q: How are Shipping Charges calculated?

A: Shipping Charges are calculated at the time the order is made.

 

Q: Will you ship overseas?

A:  Yes. If you live outside of the United States, you will need to contact us before making your purchase.
